FAQ

When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 3 business days of processing. We ship Monday–Saturday via USPS.

What shipping methods do you use?
We primarily ship using USPS Media Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, and USPS Priority Mail. ESA Marketplace orders may ship using the method that best fits the package.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally through USPS.

What if my package is lost or stuck in transit?
If your package has been in the USPS system for 21 days without delivery or updated scans, you may request a replacement or refund. We do not issue refunds before the 21-day period has passed.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please keep the box, packaging, and all contents. Photos are required to file a claim through Parcel Guard. Once we receive the required photos, we will submit the claim and resend your package as quickly as possible.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can begin the claims process.

To file a damage claim, you MUST keep:

  • The shipping box
  • All packaging materials
  • All damaged contents

Photos will be required for the insurance claim process through Parcel Guard. This may include photos of:

  • The outside shipping box
  • Shipping label
  • Interior packaging
  • Damaged items
  • Overall package contents

Once we have received all required photos and documentation, we will submit the claim and resend your package as quickly as possible.

Do not discard the box, packaging, or contents until we confirm that the claim has been accepted and that no additional photos or documentation are needed.

Failure to retain the original packaging and contents may prevent the claim from being approved and a reshipment of your order.

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package has been in the USPS system for 21 days and has not received any scans or has not been delivered, you may contact us to request either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A refund

We will not issue refunds or replacements until the package has been in the carrier’s possession for at least 21 days.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered.

Digital products are non-refundable. If you accidentally purchased the same item twice or have another concern, please contact us and we are happy to help.

Printed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in new condition. Before returning an item, you must contact us for a return authorization.

If you have not downloaded the file for a digital resource and you made the purchase in the last 30 days, we will gladly offer you an exchange for another resource in our store. However, there are no refunds on digital products. You can return/exchange printed products within 30 days according to our return policy.

You can login to your Daily Skill Building account at anytime to access your downloads. You should have also received an email with the download links at the time of purchase.  

When your printer stops printing after a certain amount of pages, it often means you need to re-download the free Adobe Reader. Sometimes this free PDF reader becomes corrupt and causes problems.

You can download the newest version of Adobe Reader here. It will update your current installation and fix any bugs.

Check with your local office supply stores. Some places offer teacher discounts, so be sure to mention that you are a homeschool teacher.

Daily Skill Building works with schools to provide approved materials to families. If you are a school and interested in Daily Skill Building becoming an approved vendor/materials provider, please contact us to get started.

We accept purchase orders from schools with invoices due for payment in net 30. We accept checks and credit cards for payment. Digital items are released to the parent/customer/teacher immediately upon receipt of the purchase order. Physical items are not shipped until payment is received.

We at Daily Skill Building are Christians. All our resources can be used successfully in a Christian homeschool without compromising your faith. Whenever Daily Skill Building offers a Notebook Companion™ for a secular book, we carefully review the content and include a note for parents highlighting sections of the book you may want to skip. This way you can make your own determination as to whether or not to include them.
