Current Marketplace Orders & Processing Times
If you are a SUFS family and are waiting on your order, rest assured—we’re on it! All Step Up orders must be manually processed on our end, and due to the high volume this season, our current processing time is 48–72 hours. Once your order is processed, you will receive your Daily Skill Building order confirmation along with your digital files delivered directly to your email.
If more than 72 hours have passed and you still haven’t received anything, please email us and include your Step Up Order ID (beginning with SAS) so we can assist you quickly.
