Digital Products:
Digital products are non-refundable.
If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, want to upgrade to a bundle, or have another concern, please contact us and we are happy to help.
Printed Products:
Printed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in new condition.
Before returning an item, you must contact us for a return authorization.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in new condition.
- Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for packing the item and paying return shipping.
- Tracking is recommended, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
- Returns must be shipped in a new box so the product arrives in sellable condition.
Approved returns will receive a full refund once the item is inspected and confirmed to be in like-new condition.
If your order included both print and digital products, the refund will exclude the value of the digital product, since digital items are non-refundable.
Opened or Damaged Returns:
Items that are not in like-new condition may receive up to a 50% refund at our discretion, or the customer may choose to have the item shipped back at their expense.
Sales & Coupons:
We do not issue refunds for missed sales or coupon codes, so please double-check before placing your order.
