Digital products are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we are happy to chat with you if you have concerns, have made a duplicate purchase, want to upgrade your order to a bundle, or generally have other concerns.

If you have not downloaded the file and you made the purchase in the last 30 days, we will gladly offer you an exchange for another resource in our store. However, there are no refunds.

You can login to your Daily Skill Building account at anytime to access your downloads. You should have also received an email with the download links at the time of purchase. 

When your printer stops printing after a certain amount of pages, it often means you need to re-download the free Adobe Reader. Sometimes this free PDF reader becomes corrupt and causes problems.

 

You can download the newest version of Adobe Reader here. It will update your current installation and fix any bugs. 

Check with your local office supply stores. Some places offer teacher discounts, so be sure to mention that you are a homeschool teacher.

We have included permission on the copyright page, however some companies will request additional documentation. No worries, we are here to help! Just drop us an email at [email protected] and we will get you what you need. 

Original purchaser is granted permission to print copies for use within his or her immediate family only. For co-op licenses, please email [email protected].

We will ship our limited time print editions orders 2-3 days per week. During peak months (May-Sept), they will ship 3+ times per week. Please know that EXPEDITED SHIPPING does not accelerate WHEN your product will ship. You're simply upgrading your method to ups ground or usps priority rather than Media Mail.


We ship as orders as received and do not prioritize based on shipping method selected.


ALL MISSING ORDERS AND/OR DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED AS MISSING OR DAMAGED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE. WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS IF NOT REPORTED WITHIN THAT 30 DAY TIME FRAME.


Shipping options are shown at checkout and include insurance.


Please be aware that if you choose USPS Media Mail (ie economy) that these shipments are currently taking upwards of 3 weeks to arrive with little to no accurate tracking information.


Due to COVID-related delays, the USPS is NOT scanning items as they are received and tracking is unreliable and extremely limited. Furthermore, all USPS modes are taking up to 2x-3x their normal time to be delivered. If you choose USPS Media Mail, I cannot be held liable for delays.


If your product has been in the USPS system for 40 days and has NOT been scanned or received, you may request a refund or a replacement which we will send to you via UPS Ground (typically 3-5 days).


We will not offer a refund until your item has been in the carrier’s hands for at least 40 days for USPS.
