What books do I need?
Two main books are used throughout the study: Indescribable by Louie Giglio and Slow Down: 50 Mindful Moments in Nature by Rachel Williams. All other picture books are optional recommendations that can typically be found at your local library.
How long is the study?
This is an 8-week guide, but the weeks are completely interchangeable and flexible. Move at your own pace and choose the themes that best suit your family’s schedule and interests.
