The study is divided into four sections: Northeast and Southeast (Iroquois, Sauk and Fox, Cherokee, and Seminole); Plains and Great Basin (Arapaho, Crow, Sioux, Paiute, and Shoshone); California and the Southwest (Pomo, Apache, and Navajo); and the Arctic, Northwest Coast, and Plateau (Aleut, Salish, and Nez Perce). Includes both the print handwriting version (254 pages) and cursive handwriting version (254 pages).
